2008Dun Laoghaire Golf Club - Lead designer - This project was the relocation of Dun Laoghaire Golf club to a new 27-hole facility close to Bray, financed by a Cosgrave developments who are now in the process of constructing housing and shopping centres on the old Dun Laoghaire site.
2008Rockliffe Hall Golf Club - Lead Designer - Rockliffe Hall Golf Club is a 18-hole golf course in Darlington, along with a 5-star hotel and real estate. The large area of land available for the layout allowed a number of "tiger tees" to be included, meaning the total length of just over 7900 ya
2005Dooks Golf Club - Lead designer - The complete redevelopment of the golf course over a period of 5-years. The works included 16 new greens, many in new locations, 5 new holes and the renovation of all tees and bunkers.
2004Blainroe Golf Club - Lead designer - An original Hawtree designed Golf Course - all greens redesigned and constructed to USGA specification over a period of 4 years. The works included renovation and relocation of fairway bunkers and many tee complexes.
2003Gorsty Hill Golf Club - Lead designer - An new 18-hole golf course close to Crewe. Originally was to be part of the Wychwood complex, the easier of the two golf courses, but has since been purchased privately.
2000Carrick-on-Shannon Golf Club - Lead Designer - Carrick-on-Shannon Golf Club in Ireland was a 9-hole facility. The Club purchased an area of land bordering the Shannon River and Hawtree designed a further 9-holes to make a full 18-hole facility.
