Restoration to classic course

03 Sep 2008

Båstad Old Course is a classic Hawtree & Taylor course from 1929. Two new holes have been added to relieve some safety issues generated by increased traffic. The new holes have been designed to match the classical style of the rest of the course. During construction an opportunity was taken to make a new green for the 6th hole replacing a green that was added in the 70’s. The new green will suit the course much better and make room for some new tees on the 15th hole.
